Join us at the Fair Haven Fields Natural Area (the upper fields near the playground and concession stands). Bring a mat or towel, water, and a snack! Activities include Hiking, Yoga, and Dancing, with instruction by our friends at ZRFit Wellness! All participants must sign an accident/injury waiver.
