Caregivers of young adults with disabilities face unique challenges. In addition to the day-to-day stress of caring for an individual with special needs, many caregivers feel isolated and lack the support necessary for maintaining their own well-being.

Navigating the processes of guardianship, applying for benefits and exploring options after graduation from high school can be confusing and daunting. To respond to these needs, More Than Capable and iStrive Community began offering a Caregiver Support Group.
